Overview
Bar Indicator is an indicator block whose top surface fills as the incoming redstone signal strength increases.
The block is designed for builds that might require indicators larger than a single block. Its display surface covers the full area of a block face, while Pin Mark A is hidden beneath the displaying face to maintain a clean visual appearance. This lets the player tile the block. Note that each block needs its own Redstone signal supply.
The top surface intentionally uses a 15 x 15 pixel texture instead of the standard 16 x 16. This allows the indicator to appear completely off when the signal level is 0, while signals from 1 to 15 gradually fill the bar.
A text can be written on the indicator with Formatting Notation by changing the item name with an Anvil. Text will be scaled to fit 75% of the surface.
Configuration
The inputs (Pin Mark A) can be configured to face any side by right-clicking. When multiple inputs are connected, the Indicator displays the greatest Redstone signal from its inputs.
Every 16th right-click or a right-click with Bar Indicator item toggles base reading state, where the indicator reads Redstone signal from its base, shown by the Pin Marks in the corners.
